South Central Railway will run ten extra Sankranti special trains for various destinations from Hyderabad to clear the extra rush of passengers. Train number 07497 (from Kachiguda to Vizag) will leave the originating station at 9 pm on January 7 and 14 and will reach its destination at 9.15 am on the next day. The returning train number 07498 (from Vizag to Kachiguda) will depart at 7 pm from Vizag on January 8 and 16, to reach Kachiguda at 8 am the next day.
Another train, number 82716 (from Kachiguda to Narsapur), is scheduled to start on January 11, at 11.15 pm. The same train will return as train number 07494 (from Narsapur to Kachiguda) on January 12, departing the originating station at 6 pm.
Train number 07491 (from Kakinada to Lingampally) is scheduled for January 19 and 21, leaving Kakinada at 8.10 pm and reaching Lingampally at 8.30 am the next day. However, train number 07492 (from Lingampally to Kakinada) will depart the originating station at 6.40 pm on January 20 and 22 to reach its destination at 6.50 am the following day.
These special trains will operate as fully reserved service.
